friendly helpful staff clean room easy motorway location tired room firm mattress no lift

The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean, and it included tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits. I found the location easy to reach from the motorways, with parking available outside.

The room was a bit tired, it needed a refresh. My mattress was quite firm. There was no lift to the hotel room corridor.

Breakfast provided a decent selection.

The room showed definite signs of wear. Grout around the bathtub was moldy. The bed felt old and did not provide adequate support. A replacement should be considered.

helpful planner good breakfast

Lynsey was really helpful as the host planner. I appreciated that the price was reasonable and included the DJ and food for my daughter's wedding party. The rooms were warm and clean. The breakfast had a good choice of continental options and cooked items (especially the toast!).

The rooms could use some updated decor.
